Peerless IT has been providing independent IT advice since 2007.

We help smaller firms by fulfilling a role of a “virtual” IT manager. This enables smaller firms to benefit from the expertise of an IT manager without requiring a full-time employee.

We help larger firms, with established IT teams, by providing independent external expertise on vendor selection and evaluation.

Peerless IT is completely independent and does not sell hardware or software. This enables unbiased advice when helping our clients manage their technology.

Peerless IT has expertise covering: document management; remote working; voice and video communications; email systems; office IT infrastructure; back-up and disaster recovery; cloud computing; and cyber security.

Richard Tucker has 17 years’ experience selecting, deploying, and managing IT solutions in both government and private sectors.

Richard has been engaged as a consultant in a broad range of industries including legal, retail, medical, pharmaceutical, mining, insurance, and, finance industries.

This diverse range of engagements, across Asia Pacific and Europe, covering many IT technologies, enables a unique perspective when identifying the best solutions for Peerless IT clients.

Richard has an honors degree in engineering and a degree in economics from the Australian National University. Richard is project management certified (Prince 2 practitioner), and IT service management certified (ITILv3).

Richard is a proud member of the Human Productivity Lab “dream team”, the team is focused on helping organizations build, manage, improve, and secure complex visual collaboration implementations, features a number of former CEOs, company founders, and intellectual property holders in the field of visual collaboration.
